We provided full litigation PR support to a group of corporate bondholders of one of Poland's leading listed companies. Our scope included media relations across Europe, creation of third-party platforms and advocacy organisations, and direct representation before financial market regulators. The outcome was a favourable injunctive ruling for the bondholders, followed by a debt-to-equity conversion.
