We represented a cross-border group of European contractors in a dispute with the European Commission against a US company executing an EU-funded energy investment. Our work included a roundtable with the Commission, a public hearing at the European Parliament, and new legislative proposals to EU public procurement law. The outcome was a full renegotiation of the cooperation framework.
