We represented a European cosmetics manufacturer after a key substance used in one of its flagship products was mistakenly included on the EU list of prohibited substances. The substance accounted for approximately 40% of the company's revenue. The outcome was the Commission's recognition of the classification error and the removal of the substance from the prohibited list.
